Fire Coverage (Building only)
As basic coverage in our fire policies, we offer protection against losses from fire, lightning, smoke damage, explosion, damage by vehicles, falling objects, debris removal, earthquakes, windstorm, hail, and flood.
This insurance is used to protect the construction itself, and is what generally bank require before providing a mortgage loan.
Multi-Risk Policies (Content)
To complement the fire insurance policy, we propose a homeowner's multi-risk policy that provides coverage for losses to your personal effects (furniture, closes, etc).
